(b) A contractor must maintain general liability insurance in at least the following amounts:(1) For each occurrence limit, one million dollars ($1,000,000).(2) For the general aggregate limit, two million dollars ($2,000,000).(c) This subsection applies to a public works contract awarded after June 30, 2016. A contractor must be qualified under either of the following before doing any work on a public works project:(1) IC 4-13.6-4.(2) IC 8-23-10.As added by P.L.252-2015, SEC.12.
