Each tier 1 contractor must contribute in:(1) work performed by the tier 1 contractor's employees;(2) materials supplied directly by the tier 1 contractor;(3) services supplied directly by the tier 1 contractor's employees; or(4) any combination of subdivisions (1) through (3);at least fifteen percent (15%) of the tier 1 contractor's total contract price as determined at the time the contract is awarded.As added by P.L.252-2015, SEC.12.
