A board certified training center may provide basic training to a law enforcement officer who is:(1) employed by a law enforcement agency that is a member agency of the law enforcement training center; and(2) not accepted by the law enforcement academy for the next basic training course because the academy does not have a space for the officer in the next basic training course.As added by P.L.78-1998, SEC.3.
