As used in this chapter, 'local coordinating council' means a countywide, collaborative citizen body that is open to the public and approved by the Indiana commission to combat substance use disorder established by IC 4-3-25-3 to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate local comprehensive community plans.As added by P.L.44-2006, SEC.5.
