A law enforcement agency receiving a report of a missing:(1) child less than eighteen (18) years of age shall comply with the requirements of IC 31-36-2;(2) endangered adult (as defined in IC 12-7-2-131.3) shall comply with the requirements of IC 12-10-18; or(3) veteran at risk (as defined in IC 12-7-2-197.3) shall comply with the requirements of IC 12-10-18;in addition to the procedures described in this chapter.As added by P.L.92-2007, SEC.1.
