A person is not entitled to compensation for the part of a sentence that is served concurrently with a sentence for a conviction that is not vacated.(b) The maximum amount of compensation that a person may receive under this chapter is fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per year, regardless of the number of convictions vacated.As added by P.L.165-2019, SEC.1.
