§ 5-2-6-1-25

(b) If an application is not complete, the application shall be returned to the applicant with a brief statement of the additional information required.(c) The applicant may, not more than thirty (30) days after receipt of the request for additional information, either supply the information or seek an extension from the division.(d) If:(1) the applicant does not furnish additional information; or(2) additional time is not granted by the director for good cause;the application shall be denied.As added by P.L.47-1993, SEC.2.
