An attorney who represents a victim at a hearing conducted by the division related to a claim under this chapter may not:(1) charge a claimant a contingency fee for the representation that exceeds ten percent (10%) of the value of the award; or(2) receive a direct payment from the division.As added by P.L.121-2006, SEC.17.
