As used in this chapter, 'domestic violence prevention and treatment center' means an organized entity:(1) established by:(A) a city, town, county, or township; or(B) an entity exempted from the gross retail tax under IC 6-2.5-5-25(a)(1)(B); and(2) created to provide services to prevent and treat domestic or family violence.As added by P.L.130-2009, SEC.4.
