Funds received by a law enforcement agency under this chapter shall be used for the continuing education and training of law enforcement officers employed by the agency and for equipment and supplies for law enforcement purposes.As added by P.L.31-1986, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.48-1993, SEC.2.
