As used in this chapter, 'IDACS coordinator' means an individual who holds an administrative position within a law enforcement agency that has operational Indiana data and communication system (IDACS) terminals and who is appointed by the director of the law enforcement agency.As added by P.L.116-2009, SEC.1; P.L.130-2009, SEC.6.
