Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this chapter or any recitals in any obligations issued by the authority under the provisions of this chapter, all such obligations and interest coupons appertaining thereto are negotiable instruments under the laws of this state, subject only to any applicable provisions for registration.As added by Acts 1978, P.L.28, SEC.1.
