(a) The authority shall annually submit a report to the legislative council concerning the following:(1) The operation of the mortgage foreclosure counseling and education program, if the program is conducted by the authority during the reporting period.(2) A summary of mortgage foreclosure rates and trends in Indiana and the United States.(b) The report submitted under this section must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.As added by P.L.176-2007, SEC.1.
