§ 5-20-9-4

As used in this chapter, 'housing crisis' means a situation in which an individual or a household does not have sufficient resources or support networks immediately available to maintain safe and affordable housing or to prevent the individual or household from requiring emergency housing.As added by P.L.103-2017, SEC.1.
