§ 5-22-2-3

'Contract modification' means a written alteration:(1) in a specification, delivery point, rate of delivery, period of performance, price, quantity, or another provision of a contract; and(2) accomplished by mutual action of the parties to the contract.As added by P.L.49-1997, SEC.1.
