§ 5-23-4-5-1

A governmental body may issue a request for information for any of the following purposes:(1) To consider the factors involved in, the feasibility of, or the potential consequences of a contemplated project involving a public facility.(2) To prepare a request for proposals.(3) To evaluate any aspect of an existing public-private agreement and an associated public facility.As added by P.L.217-2017, SEC.61.
