'Harassment' means conduct that constitutes:(1) an offense under IC 35-45-2-2 (harassment);(2) an offense under the laws of:(A) the United States;(B) another state; or(C) an Indian tribe;that is substantially similar to an offense described in subdivision (1); or(3) an attempt or conspiracy to engage in conduct described in subdivision (1) or (2);regardless of whether the conduct results in criminal prosecution or whether the person who engages in the conduct is an adult.As added by P.L.149-2020, SEC.3.
