§ 5-27-4-1

A governmental body may not:(1) accept payment made with a central bank digital currency; or(2) require payment to be made with a central bank digital currency;for any service, tax, license, permit, fee, information, or other amount due the governmental body.As added by P.L.21-2024, SEC.3.
