The center shall:(1) develop methods for maintaining, updating, and providing ready access to the information file;(2) use the information file to provide comprehensive information concerning permit requirements affecting business activities; and(3) use the information file to provide the Indiana archives and records administration with information that will enable the administration to consolidate, simplify, expedite, or otherwise improve permit procedures.As added by P.L.4-2005, SEC.34.
