As used in this chapter, 'spoke' means an economic development project that is:(1) located within the area served by a district;(2) undertaken to support the activities of a hub; and(3) treated as a global commerce center under this chapter upon the approval of the district board and fiscal body of the county in which the project is located.As added by P.L.203-2005, SEC.2.
