The lender shall provide the corporation with information regarding the lender's participation in the program that the corporation reasonably requires. Upon notice to the lender, the corporation may inspect the files of the lender relating to any loans enrolled under the program during normal business hours of the lender.As added by P.L.162-2007, SEC.24.
