As used in this chapter, 'security agreement' means an agreement which creates or provides for a security interest in equipment, including, but not limited to, an equipment lease under the guaranty program or within the meaning of IC 36-7-12, and any successor provisions related to equipment.As added by P.L.162-2007, SEC.25.
