As used in this chapter, 'eligible small business' means a business entity that:(1) is authorized to transact business in Indiana;(2) maintains a majority of its business operations within Indiana; and(3) employs not more than one hundred fifty (150) persons.As added by P.L.158-2019, SEC.3.
