§ 5-28-9-4

As used in this chapter, 'information and high technology infrastructure' includes, but is not limited to, fiber optic cable and other infrastructure that supports high technology growth and the purchase and installation of fiber optic cable and other infrastructure.As added by P.L.4-2005, SEC.34.
