A design-builder may contract with the public agency to provide design services and construction services that the design-builder is not itself licensed, registered, or qualified to perform if the design-builder provides the services through subcontracts with persons who are licensed, registered, or qualified in accordance with this article.As added by P.L.74-2005, SEC.1.
