If the public agency determines to proceed with the project, the public agency shall enter into negotiations with the offeror whose proposal has been selected by the evaluation committee considering:(1) the responses to the RFP;(2) any interviews with selected offerors; and(3) evaluation of fees.As added by P.L.128-2014, SEC.1.
