(b) All members of the board are voting members.(c) Except as provided in subsection (d), the term of a member appointed under section 2(3) of this chapter is four (4) years.(d) The initial terms of members appointed under section 2(3) of this chapter are as follows:(1) Three (3) members serve terms of four (4) years.(2) Two (2) members serve terms of three (3) years.Upon expiration of a member's initial term, the governor shall appoint a member to serve a four (4) year term.(e) The initial term of a member appointed under section 2(4) of this chapter is four (4) years.
