As used in this chapter, 'joinder undertaking' means an agreement entered into by:(1) one (1) or more eligible entities; and(2) a site selection organization;that each eligible entity will execute a joinder agreement in the event that the site selection organization selects a site in Indiana for the location of an event.As added by P.L.58-2022, SEC.1.
