§ 6-1-1-42-5

(b) An application under this section must:(1) be submitted to the designating body before the initiation of a voluntary remediation under IC 13-25-5;(2) include sufficient information for the designating body to declare the area a zone; and(3) be in the form prescribed by the department of local government finance.As added by P.L.59-1997, SEC.1.
