If a designating body proposes to designate a zone, the designating body shall either:(1) prepare maps and plats that identify the proposed brownfield revitalization zone; or(2) prepare a simplified description of the boundaries of the brownfield revitalization zone by describing its location in relation to public ways, streams, or otherwise.As added by P.L.59-1997, SEC.1.
