The parcel shall be identified by section, township, range, and county references. Plats of the parcel shall be prepared in ink and on the scale and in the number prescribed by the county surveyor.(b) An aerial photograph may be used in order to obtain a description of the parcel. However, the description must be accurate and meet the requirements specified in subsection (a).
