As used in this chapter, 'digital manufacturing equipment' means any production equipment utilized within an integrated computer network system that provides for the onsite manufacturing of a three-dimensional part or product using material that is joined or solidified using multiple layers under computer control pursuant to a computer aided design for rapid or on demand production.As added by P.L.158-2019, SEC.16.
