(b) If the capital improvement board established under IC 36-10-9 has established a bid fund described in IC 5-13-10.5-18(g), the county auditor shall transfer to the bid fund an amount equal to the part of the county's certified distribution that is certified under IC 6-3.6-9-10(4).As added by P.L.239-2017, SEC.17.
