6 an amount equal to:(1) the amount of the county's certified distribution under IC 6-3.6 that is allocated to certified shares under IC 6-3.6-6 for calendar year 2017; multiplied by(2) five-tenths of one percent (0.5%);to reimburse the state general fund for expenditures related to the department's information technology modernization project.(b) To the extent that the balance in a county's trust account is insufficient for the budget agency to make the entire amount of the transfer required under subsection (a) before February 1, 2018, the budget agency shall make any remaining part of the required transfer from the county's trust account in subsequent years on a schedule determined by the budget agency until the entire amount of the required transfer has been made.As added by P.L.217-2017, SEC.67.
