The term 'broadcast services' means the transmission, conveyance, and routing of video broadcasts, regardless of the medium, including the furnishing of transmission, conveyance, and routing of the services by a television broadcast network, a cable program network, or a television distribution company. The term also includes any advertising or promotional activity furnished in conjunction with the broadcast services.As added by P.L.158-2019, SEC.6.
