The department of state revenue shall immediately mail a copy of its determination of the fair market value of the property interests transferred by a resident decedent and the inheritance tax due as a result of the person's death to each interested person who filed a request for notice and provided a mailing address to the department.As added by Acts 1976, P.L.18, SEC.1.
