(b) If the administrator determines that a metered pump operated by or on behalf of a dealer or licensed distributor is without an effectively sealable gallonage totalizer, the dealer or licensed distributor shall at the administrator's request:(1) adapt the pump to the administrator's specifications so that it may be effectively sealed; or(2) replace, in whole or in part, the pump with an effectively sealable gallonage totalizer, as determined by the administrator.(c) A dealer's or licensed distributor's failure to comply with subsection (a) or (b) is considered evidence that the revenue of the dealer or licensed distributor is in jeopardy.As added by P.L.97-1987, SEC.14.
