If the administrator determines that a distributor has not received, used, or sold gasoline for a period of six (6) months, and is no longer engaged as a distributor, the administrator may cancel the license by giving sixty (60) days' notice mailed to that person's last known address appearing in the administrator's files.As added by Acts 1979, P.L.79, SEC.1.
