§ 6-8-1-15-3

As used in this chapter, 'designated data base provider' means a corporation, an association, or other entity representing the state and political subdivisions of the state that is responsible for providing an electronic data base under section 15 of this chapter and approved by the department.As added by P.L.104-2002, SEC.2.
