(b) As used in this section, 'fund' refers to the convention and exhibition center fund established under section 6 of this chapter.(c) Notwithstanding section 6 of this chapter, expenditures made from the fund to promote tourism in St. Joseph County are legalized and validated, regardless of whether the money was directly used by the special funds board of managers to promote a convention and exhibition center.As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.163.
