'Internet company' means a person that:(1) has the permits required under this title for the person to conduct business in Indiana;(2) does business in more than one (1) state or country; and(3) solicits orders for the sale of alcoholic beverages to a person in Indiana through the Internet.As added by P.L.204-2001, SEC.17.
