'Qualified container' means a new, clean, sealable container that is for the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises, that:(1) has a liquid capacity of not more than four (4) quarts; and(2) after the container is filled, is sealed with a device or material that is used to fully close off the container securely without any perforations or straw holes.As added by P.L.167-2024, SEC.3.
