The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:(1) 'Accredited hospitality management program' means a hospitality management program that is:(A) accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration or a similar nationally recognized accrediting organization; and(B) offered by a state educational institution.(2) 'State educational institution' has the meaning set forth in IC 21-7-13-32.As added by P.L.191-2018, SEC.2.
