§ 7-1-3-1-9

The State of Indiana may recover the sum of one hundred dollars ($100), and no more, in any one (1) action on a permittee's surety bond for the violation of a rule or regulation of the commission. The State of Indiana may recover no more than two hundred dollars ($200) in any one (1) action on the surety bond for the violation of a provision of this title. Violations prior to the institution of the action on the bond shall be deemed one (1) continuing violation. However, the State of Indiana may recover the full amount of all taxes and fees due and owing by the permittee under this title in a single action on the bond.
