2, IC 35-46-1-11, IC 35-46-1-11.2, IC 35-46-1-11.4, IC 35-46-1-11.5, IC 35-46-1-11.7, IC 35-46-1-11.8, or any of the provisions of this chapter if a certificate holder provides a training program for the certificate holder's employees that includes at least the following topics:(1) Laws governing the sale of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes.(2) Methods of recognizing and handling customers who are less than twenty-one (21) years of age.(3) Procedures for proper examination of identification cards to verify that customers are under twenty-one (21) years of age.As added by P.L.94-2008, SEC.41.
