§ 7-1-3-20-31

(a) This section applies to the holder of a vendor's permit that owns in whole or in part:(1) a retailer's permit described in section 30(c) of this chapter; and(2) one (1) of the following:(A) A brewer's permit described in IC 7.1-3-2-7(5).(B) A farm winery permit described in IC 7.1-3-12-3.(C) An artisan distiller's permit described in IC 7.1-3-27.(b) The definitions in sections 29 and 30 of this chapter apply to this section.(c) A holder of a vendor's permit may sell for carryout at the premises for which the retailer's permit was issued:(1) beer manufactured under the brewer's permit, if the vendor's permit holder has a one-, two-, or three-way retailer's permit;(2) wine manufactured under the farm winery permit, if the vendor's permit holder has a two- or three-way retailer's permit; or(3) liquor manufactured under the artisan distiller's permit, if the vendor's permit holder has a three-way retailer's permit.As added by P.L.194-2021, SEC.48.
