§ 7-1-3-23-11

Whenever an application for the renewal of a permit to sell alcoholic beverages at retail, except a temporary beer or wine permit, is denied by the commission, the applicant may seek judicial review of that action by following IC 4-21.5-5, except that the action for judicial review shall be filed in the circuit or superior court having jurisdiction in the county in which the licensed premises are located.
