(a) A stadium may:(1) submit a floor plan of proposed storage locations to the commission for approval; and(2) indicate the primary concessionaire operating at the stadium;if a stadium intends to allow alcoholic beverages to be stored at the stadium for use by a supplemental caterer operating at the stadium.(b) The stadium may change the primary concessionaire operating at the stadium with notification to the commission.As added by P.L.285-2019, SEC.50.
