The commission shall notify the applicant in writing of its determination to grant or deny the renewal of a beer wholesaler's permit not more than ten (10) days after the filing of the application. The notice may be given by personal service upon the applicant, by registered mail, addressed to applicant at the address shown in the application for renewal, or by electronic communication.
