The commission may issue a hospitality permit only to allow a craft manufacturer to participate in:(1) a convention;(2) a trade show;(3) an exposition; or(4) an event similar to one (1) or more of the events described in subdivisions (1) through (3);on the licensed premises of a host permittee.As added by P.L.121-2022, SEC.3.
